Addison's Disease	Addison's disease or hypo-adreno-corticism is when there is a deficiency of hormones produced by the adrenal glands. The adrenal gland is underactive. This can be caused by many problems including an immune-mediated problem, tumors and also drug use especially following long-term use of corticosteroid drugs. Depending upon the underlying cause, it can usually be managed well with conventional medicine by replacing the hormones that the adrenal gland can no longer produce. Cushing's Syndrome	This condition is almost the opposite of Addison’s Disease, and occurs where the adrenal gland is over-active.
